FLY53 is an independent, sexy, streetwise and savvy urban brand that is packed full of rock ‘n’ roll attitude. With a heritage of producing amazing limited edition graphic t-shirts, FLY53 have just released their AW11 collection and we had a chat with them about the new pieces.
Where did the inspiration come from for the new AW11 collection?

Does the new collection follow any trends?
FLY53 doesn’t follow trends. We are a brand that produces clothing for the 24 hour party people and our brand isn’t transient fashion trends. The logo represents an affiliation with a bigger following than what’s in for a season with a longevity of message indelibly inked into each garment.
Is there one stand-out piece in the new men’s range?
If we had to choose one to be marooned on a desert island with, it would be a very hard choice. However we would perhaps choose the classic Takeshi hood that’s been more popular than the Beatles.
Does the new collection have any surprises?
Yes, but you’ll have to find them out or they won’t be a surprise…
