Simple Shoes Take On Hi Trainers

Category : Simple Shoes

Featured in Vogue and The Guardian, Simple Shoes are making waves in the fashion world so we were very excited to receive a pair of Take On Hi Trainers to test drive.

Simple Shoes is an anti-stereotype brand offering a range of eco-friendly shoes and trainers. They use certified organic cotton, and the outsoles for 6 pairs of mens size 9 shoes can be made from a single car tyre. Finally all of the leathers and suedes that are used are eco-certified.

The Take On Hi Trainers are a hybrid sneaker which are extremely comfortable and look great with skinny jeans and a vintage inspired t-shirt. The pedbed which is the cushiony and supportive stuff at the bottom of the shoe is made of EVA with BIO-D to make it biodegradable and latex foam for comfort. Even the shoe box is made of post-consumer recycled paper, soy based printing ink, natural latex and starch based glue.
